Background and Education: I grew up in Bellingham and have lived in Whatcom County for over twenty five years. I graduated from the University of Washington and received my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in history. I received my Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Tulsa and am licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.

Community and Activities: I enjoy being a part of the Whatcom County Young Professionals (WYP) organization, an offshoot of the Whatcom County Chamber of Commerce. Whatcom County is a gorgeous place and a wonderful area for recreational and outdoor activities. I like to fish out in the San Juan Islands and enjoy a good hike every now and then.
